Samsung has been testing One UI 8.5 builds for various midrange and budget Galaxy devices since last week. Now, the testing has expanded further, as the first One UI 8.5 test builds for three more models have appeared on Samsung’s test servers. These are the Galaxy A15 5G, Galaxy M56, and Galaxy F56.

Samsung begins One UI 8.5 internal testing for Galaxy A15 5G, M56, and F56

The Galaxy A15 5G, one of Samsung’s most popular budget smartphones, has now entered the One UI 8.5 internal testing phase. The device has appeared on Samsung’s test servers in India, Europe, and a few other regions. As shared by tipster Akhilesh Kumar, the One UI 8.5 build for the Galaxy A15 5G carries the build version A156BXXU8EYLL for Europe. As of now, no One UI 8.5 build has been spotted for the 4G variant.

Samsung has also begun testing One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy M56. The device has appeared on Samsung’s test servers in India. The One UI 8.5 test firmware for the Galaxy M56 carries the build version M566BXXU4CYK7. This does not indicate an imminent rollout. It only confirms that Samsung has started internal testing for the model.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy F56, the F series sibling of the Galaxy M56, has also appeared with a One UI 8.5 test build. The Galaxy F56 has surfaced on Samsung’s servers in India, similar to the Galaxy M56. The test build for the device carries the build version E566BXXU4CYK7.

Several other A, M, and F series devices have already appeared with One UI 8.5 test builds. These include the Galaxy A36, A56, A33, A53, A35, A55, M54, M34, F34, M17, and F17. The stable rollout of One UI 8.5 is expected to begin in the first half of 2026. Samsung should start the rollout with flagship models and gradually expand it to budget devices. If your device is eligible for One UI 8.5 and has not appeared on servers yet, it should surface soon.
