Canada One UI 8.5 Stable Rollout Schedule May Have Leaked

Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 8.5 stable update to eligible devices. Some recent flagship models have already received the update, though only in select regions, while most devices are still waiting in line for the latest release. Now, a purported One UI 8.5 update schedule for select Galaxy devices in Canada may have leaked.

Galaxy S24 series, Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6 may receive One UI 8.5 super soon in Canada!

As spotted by @theonecid, the alleged Canada One UI 8.5 update schedule suggests the Galaxy S24 series will receive the update on May 17. That falls on a Sunday, which is unusual, as Samsung generally rolls out updates on weekdays. Still, it gives us a sense of what’s likely coming next. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are also expected to receive the update on the same day in Canada, if the leak is accurate.

• Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 FE: May 23 (Saturday)
• Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5: May 23 (Saturday)
• Galaxy A56: May 23 (Saturday)

The list also includes the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57, which will likely receive only security updates, as both devices already run One UI 8.5 stable. Beyond these, the list is fairly comprehensive for eligible devices. As expected, it’ll take a few weeks for the One UI 8.5 rollout to wrap up, progressing gradually.
