The Galaxy Book 6 Edge features a 16-inch AMOLED display with a 2880 x 1800 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an anti-reflective coating. Samsung has also kept the design thin and lightweight, making it easy to carry despite the large screen size.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon X2 Elite chip powers the experience, paired with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The processor’s 80 TOPS NPU enables several AI-powered features, including AI Select, which can help with translations, image editing, and content recognition. Users can also search for files, photos, and settings using natural language commands.
As usual, Samsung continues to focus on cross-device experiences. Features such as Storage Share make it easier to access files across Galaxy devices, while Multi Control supports copying, pasting, and dragging content between compatible products. Galaxy Tab users can also turn their tablet into a secondary display through Second Screen.
The laptop offers a good selection of ports, including two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, HDMI 2.1, a microSD card slot, and a headphone jack. Other highlights include Dolby Atmos-supported quad speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a fingerprint reader.
Samsung says the 61.8Wh battery can deliver up to 22 hours of video playback, and fast charging can restore up to 40% battery capacity in around 30 minutes.
The Galaxy Book 6 Edge is available now in the US exclusively through Samsung’s online store. It comes in a single Gray Blue color option with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, priced at $2,099.99.
