Circle to Search has to be one of the coolest innovations in recent times. Samsung first introduced it during the Galaxy S24 series launch, and it didn’t take long for the feature to spread to other devices. Now, you can also find “Circle to Search” on Galaxy Books. So, if you’ve been eager to give this nifty feature a spin, now’s your chance.
Circle to Search is now available on Galaxy Books
@GerwinvGiessen shared on Wednesday that users can now download AI Select from the Microsoft Store, and it apparently works on the Galaxy Book 4 and Book 3 as well. The app description reads: “Select any screen on your Galaxy Book. You can easily search, save, and share your selections.” Once you make a selection, three options pop up: Copy, Share, and Save. There’s also a handy text select button.
Reposting that post, @thatjoshguy69 confirmed that Circle to Search is up and running on the Book 3 series, uploading a one-minute-and-five-second clip on X. In the video, you can see the user selecting part of the screen with the Galaxy Pen, and both Circle to Search and AI Select work seamlessly. With this confirmation, it’s safe to say Samsung’s doing a solid job of not leaving older devices behind. One commenter also mentioned it’s working on non-Galaxy Books too, though we haven’t had a chance to test that ourselves. But if you’re curious, you can go ahead and give it a try!

That said, Samsung recently announced the Galaxy Book 5 Pro and Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360. The Galaxy Book5 offers a sleek design paired with a high-resolution AMOLED display, while the Galaxy Book5 360 stands out with its 2-in-1 functionality, featuring a touch-enabled screen and S Pen support. Both will hit the shelves in the US and select markets starting in February.
