Every year, Samsung launches its global Galaxy Z series of foldable phones in China under its W series. As expected, the company has launched the Samsung W25 and W25 Flip in China just now. The Samsung W25 is based on the recently launched Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition. As for the Samsung W25 Flip, it is the Chinese variant of the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Both have a more appealing design than their international counterparts. Both the new W series phones already leaked a couple of days ago.
Samsung W25 and W25 Flip flaunt a ceramic black back panel and a gold aluminum frame
The Samsung W25 and W25 Flip, both flaunt a slightly more appealing-looking design than the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition and the Z Flip 6. They feature a ceramic black back panel and a gold aluminum frame, which looks more attractive. There’s also a “Heart to the World” logo at the back panel of both foldable smartphones.

The design of these devices makes them more attractive to local buyers in China. Both the foldable offerings ship in more premium packaging than their Z series counterparts.
Notably, the phones are bundled with exclusive dynamic wallpapers, including the “Cloud Fan Elegance”, and seamless app access. The rings around the cameras of these phones are covered in gold, which makes them more appealing.

The rest of the innards are the same as other foldables
The core specifications of the Samsung W25 and W25 Flip are the same as the Z Fold Special Edition and Z Flip 6, respectively. The Samsung W25 Flip could be offered with more RAM and storage than the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Mostly, the changes are on the outside, while the innards remain the same.
Samsung hasn’t yet revealed the pricing of the W25 and W25 Flip foldable offerings. However, pre-registrations for the new devices are already open in China. The pricing details are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
