At Galaxy Unpacked in San Jose today, Samsung finally lifted the curtain on the Galaxy S25 series. All three phones — the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra — are Qi2 Ready. This means the Galaxy S25 series will support charging via Qi2 chargers, but you’ll need an accessory to make it work. To go along with this, Samsung introduced an all-new 3-in-1 wireless charging dock for the S25 series, which can also charge your Galaxy Watch and more.

The Qi2 is finally a reality with the Galaxy S25 series. It was a wild rumor for a few weeks. Samsung has officially announced Qi2 Ready support for the Galaxy S25 lineup. In fact, you’ll need Samsung’s new 3-in-1 wireless charger to take full advantage of it.
While Samsung showed off the charger, which features two accessory slots at the bottom, only one of them is marked for charging, as 9to5Google pointed out. The charger can handle your Galaxy S25 phone, a Galaxy Watch, and either Galaxy Buds or Galaxy Ring. As of now, the product isn’t available, but it’s likely just around the corner.
That said, Samsung has also dropped the Galaxy S25 Qi2 series wireless charging cases. These were rumored for a while, and we even got an early look through leaked renders. It turns out those leaks were spot on, as you can now purchase the clear cases for the Galaxy S25 series. These transparent cases feature a Qi2 ring just below the camera bump.
