Samsung has officially dismissed recent rumors surrounding a supposed One UI 7.0 stable update roadmap. A timeline, allegedly leaked from a Samsung Romania Zoom meeting, claimed to outline specific release dates for various Galaxy devices. However, Samsung’s Beta team has stepped in to set the record straight, confirming that no such schedule exists yet.

The rumored roadmap suggested that Samsung would begin rolling out One UI 7.0 on April 18, 2025, starting with the Galaxy S24 series, S24 FE, and Fold 6. The update will then gradually expand to other models, with the rollout continuing till late May, possibly running through June. Considering all the delays, the timeline sounded plausible.
However, Samsung quickly shut down the speculation. In responses shared with beta testers, official community moderators dismissed the roadmap as fake. “At this time, Samsung has not officially announced a release schedule for the stable One UI 7 update,” a moderator said. They encouraged users to stick to official channels for accurate information and not pay attention to leaks.
“The Beta program is still ongoing, and the team is working hard to ensure a stable and optimized experience before the final release,” the moderator added. In a separate post, another moderator echoed: “While we know that leaked information can cause confusion, please know that Samsung is focused on ensuring a stable and polished release, which is why we avoid providing a fixed timeline until it’s finalized.”
Does this mean the stable One UI 7.0 update will arrive earlier? Well, not really. Samsung is just saying that the leaked timeline isn’t official. It isn’t denying that we may have to wait until the second half of April for the stable build. If you remember, community moderators similarly quashed rumors about Beta 5 and Beta 6, but another beta appears to be on the way.
Long story short, nobody knows when Samsung might begin the stable rollout. Even One UI developers may not have any idea. Samsung’s engineers must be working on the update but don’t appear to have finalized anything regarding the number of beta builds or stable release timeline. Hopefully, the company will share some good news soon.
