Samsung is preparing the fourth One UI 7.0 beta update for the Galaxy S24 series. The firm recently uploaded a new beta build to its server, suggesting a nearing release. However, the rollout may still be a few days away, as tipster Ice Universe asked users to “wait patiently” for the update. Additionally, a Samsung Community manager said they plan to release Beta 4 next week.
Galaxy S24’s One UI 7.0 Beta 4 may drop next week
Samsung’s One UI beta operations managers have already confirmed plans to roll out a fourth One UI 7.0 beta update to the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra in supported countries: India, China, South Korea, Germany, Poland, the UK, and the US (it’ll be the third beta build in India and Poland). It will follow the third release in early January.
There have been rumors about the new build potentially arriving this week. Samsung even uploaded beta version ZYB4 to its server (the current beta version is ZXLJ). However, we may have to wait longer for it. As mentioned above, reliable Samsung insider Ice Universe asked Galaxy S24 users to “wait patiently” for the next beta update, suggesting a delayed release.
Moreover, an official notice from a community manager on Samsung’s Korean beta community says the fourth beta update is planned for next week. In the next case scenario, the new build could drop sometime between February 17 and 21. But if things don’t go to plan, it could be delayed further.
The Samsung representative added that One UI 7.0 beta 4 for the Galaxy S24 trio will be “more stable”. While the third build is already quite stable, there are a few glitches that Samsung needs to fix. Hopefully, it will be the final beta beta update and the company will follow up with the stable version pretty quickly. Nearly 80 smartphones and tablets are awaiting this update.
