Samsung is now making AI features more accessible to everyone. With the introduction of Galaxy AI, the Korean firm is integrating several AI-powered features into its premium lineup of Galaxy devices. Now, the company aims to offer AI features to its mid-range Galaxy lineup with Awesome Intelligence.
Awesome Intelligence is Samsungโs umbrella branding for AI features for mid-range devices. The company recently revealed the suit of AI available on the Galaxy A lineup. The Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G are eligible for Awesome Intelligence features, which means owners of these devices can experience select Galaxy AI capabilities.
Awesome Intelligence offers multiple AI features to mid-range Samsung phones
Awesome Intelligence consists of several AI features that help in both productivity and entertainment. Samsung is making the user experience on midrange phones smarter and more fun by providing the following AI features:
1. Circle to Search is one of the most useful AI features. You can find information about something just by circling it, and you donโt even need to switch apps. It supports images, videos, music, and text. Beyond identifying images, Circle to Search recently got music recognition.
2. AI Select gives you smart suggestions based on whatโs on your screen. It makes scanning QR codes or creating GIFs very simple, and you can do it with one tap.
3. Thereโs a new Read Aloud feature, which you can use to convert text into audio. This feature greatly improves multitasking.
4. Object Eraser removes unwanted items from photos, erasing distractions and making the photo appear clean.
5. You also get Edit Suggestions that allow you to fix problems like reflections or blurry backgrounds in photos.
6. The Best Face feature (Galaxy A56-exclusive) picks the best face of up to five people from motion photos, which you can blend into one group photo.
7. The Auto Trim feature (Galaxy A56-exclusive) automatically reviews footage from multiple videos. It pulls the best parts from videos and makes highlight clips that you can share with others.
8. Using the Filters tool, you can create custom filters. Pulling colors and styles from other images adds a personal touch to selfies and portraits.
With these AI tools, Samsung is making its mid-range lineup more compelling compared to the competition. While the company hasnโt launched the Galaxy A56 in the US yet, the Galaxy A36 is available at $399 and the Galaxy A26 at $299.
