No, The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ Doesn’t Have a Bluetooth S Pen

Now that the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and S10 FE+ have officially launched, this might be a good time to clear up some confusion. Despite earlier leaks suggesting otherwise, the S Pen bundled with Galaxy Tab S10 FE line does not support Bluetooth. This means no Air Actions or remote control features like you might have hoped for, maybe. This isn’t the first time Samsung has opted for a non-Bluetooth S Pen in its FE series.

Well yes, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE line does lack Bluetooth S Pen!

The Galaxy Tab S9 FE also shipped with a basic S Pen, lacking the Bluetooth functionality. Some fans may have hoped for the return of Bluetooth S Pen — especially after its absence in the Galaxy S25 Ultra — Samsung has stuck with the same basic version.

This decision likely comes down to cost and weight savings. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE models are slimmer and lighter than their predecessors, and adding Bluetooth support to the S Pen would have required more power and complexity. So, it’s understandable why Samsung kept things simple here.

Even without the Bluetooth S Pen, the Tab S10 FE and S10 FE+ still bring plenty to the table. The tablets come with improved performance thanks to the new Exynos 1580 chip, brighter 90Hz LCDs, and even some AI features. The design is also sleeker, with the Tab S10 FE+ featuring a large 13.1-inch screen. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ are available for as low as $199 and $299, respectively, with trade-in offers. You can receive up to $300 and $350, respectively, in trade-in discounts by exchanging old tablets, phones, or even PCs.

For those who were hoping for more from the S Pen, you’ll likely need to wait for higher-end models. For now, the standard S Pen will do the job — just without the extra Bluetooth features.

There were (and are) rumors that the Galaxy S26 Ultra may ditch the S Pen altogether, given how Samsung said not many people used Air Actions, etc., to justify the removal of the Bluetooth S Pen from the Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, last month, a Samsung executive confirmed that it’s here to stay, which means we could see the S Pen with the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
