New Galaxy A26, A36, and A56 Renders Surface Ahead of Launch

by | Feb 14, 2025 | Galaxy A, News

Samsung’s 2025 Galaxy A mid-range lineup is starting to take shape. We recently saw 360-degree renders of the Galaxy A56 and A36, revealing their design and colors. Now, new renders showcase the Galaxy A26 in multiple colors, along with updated images of the other two models.

Leaked Galaxy A26 renders reveal its design and color options

X user @MysteryLupin, who has a decent track record of leaking accurate Galaxy renders, recently shared images showing the Galaxy A26 in three colors. The upcoming Samsung mid-ranger surfaced in black, green, and white shades. These should be the only three colorways for the phone.

The Galaxy A26 sports a similar design as the Galaxy A56 and A36. You get the same floating rear camera with three sensors, a Key Island button design, and a flat frame with curved corners. However, instead of a punch-hole display, the A26 gets a U-shaped notch that screams an affordable handset. The bezels, particularly the chin, are also wider.

Unsurprisingly, this phone misses out on a metallic frame — even the Galaxy A36 has a plastic body. You find a metallic body on the Galaxy A56 and pricier Samsung phones. Well, the A56 is Samsung’s priciest A series model, so anything above it, and you enter the S series.

Earlier leaks revealed that the Galaxy A26 will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. A 4,700mAh battery allegedly fuels this phone, with support for 25W wired charging. Interestingly, Samsung is upgrading the Gaalxy A56 and A36 to 45W charging.  Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1280 processor might power the A26, paired with up to 8GB of RAM.

The same source shared new images of the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36, which we have attached below (A56 at the bottom). As mentioned above, the former has a metallic body, so it features antenna lines. All three models are expected to launch in March, running Android 15-based One UI 7.0 out of the box. Stay tuned for more updates.
