Samsung has two new flagship Android tablets on the horizon. The Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra are expected to arrive in October. Typically, the company launched three models but it seems to have canceled a base Tab S10 this time around. After leaks revealing some of the key specs, the first official-looking renders of the two upcoming tablets have surfaced, unveiling the design.
A new leak gives us a better look at the Galaxy Tab S10+ and S10 Ultra
A bunch of renders shared by Android Headlines reveal that Samsung will keep its flagship tablet design unchanged this year — the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra sport an identical design to their predecessors. The devices look premium with symmetrical bezels, rounded corners, and metallic back panels featuring large antenna lines and a magnetic stripe for S Pen, aligned vertically with the cameras and LED flash.
The Ultra model has a familiar notch on the display to house two front-facing cameras. The Plus should get only one selfie camera. The latter has slightly wider bezels, so it doesn’t require a notch for the camera. The overall shape and design of the two tablets are very much in the expected lines — we previously saw the Ultra in unofficial renders too. Samsung allegedly plans to release the duo in Silver and Graphite colors.
We recently learned through a Chinese regulatory certification that the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra wii not get a charging boost. The two upcoming flagship Android tablets from Samsung will support 45W wired charging. Do not expect wireless charging here. Battery capacities and screen sizes are still under the wraps. Last year’s Galaxy Tab S9+ has a 10,090mAh, while the Ultra packs an 11,200mAh battery.
With Samsung expected to officially unveil the duo in October, expect more leaks and rumors in the coming weeks. The Korean firm also has the Galaxy S24 FE and Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim in the pipeline. The former may arrive alongside the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra in October. The Slim foldable, meanwhile, may see a limited release later in the year. We will keep you posted with the latest information on all of these devices.
