Google is reportedly working on a new AI assistant, Pixel Sense, which could debut as the best version of Gemini AI. Now, Samsung Galaxy users are thinking about whether they will be able to experience the Pixel Sense on their devices. Unfortunately, it is unlikely to happen.
Googleโs Pixel Sense app wonโt be coming to Samsung Galaxy devices
As you know, Google has integrated Gemini โ its most capable AI model โ into several Android devices, including Samsungโs Galaxy family. However, with Pixel Sense, that may not be the case, as it is an exclusive AI assistant that will launch with the upcoming Google Pixel 10 series. And it will show up as an app on the new Pixels. The company described the Pixel Sense app in one sentence: โGet the most personalized experience based on the things you do on your Pixel,โ reports Android Authority.

Pixel Sense will have access to information from a bunch of apps such as Calendar, Chrome, Contacts, Docs, Files, YT Music, Gmail, Keep Notes, Wallet, Screenshots, Maps, Messages, Phone, Photos, YouTube, and Recorder. On top of that, it will process media files, including text, images, AI-generated content, and other related metadata.
As it integrates data from several Google apps to provide personal predictive suggestions and help you complete tasks and routines, it wonโt be possible to release it as a separate app to make it available for other Android devices, including Samsung. More importantly, the feature will run fully on-device: โExperience fast and intelligent help, no matter if you are online or offline.โ โYour data stays private โ visible only to you, not even Google can see it,โ Android Authority further wrote in its report.
All things considered, Samsung Galaxy device users will not be able to access the advanced version of Gemini, Pixel Sense. But we know Samsung has a good relationship with Google โ with Galaxy S25, Samsung has even integrated Gemini as the default voice assistant, though Bixby is still there (not replaced by Gemini). So, who knows? Google might create a separate version of Pixel Sense exclusively for Samsung. For now, we can only wait and see.
