Google’s latest Gemini update makes creating presentations much easier. The company has announced that Gemini in Google Slides can now generate complete presentations from a single prompt. The feature requires an eligible Google AI or Workspace plan.
You can now create multi-slide presentations using Gemini
Google Slides now supports creating full, multi-slide presentations with Gemini. You can enter a prompt in the Gemini side panel and generate a complete presentation instead of a single slide. The AI uses existing content from your Google Drive as reference material. As a result, you can achieve more accurate and compelling presentations in less time.
Gemini can also pull more content from several Google apps, such as Gmail and Google Chat. The assistant lets you add a presentation from your drive to match its visual style. If you want to get more relevant responses, you will need to add sources.

Before creating the presentation, Gemini asks a few questions to better understand your needs. You can select the presentation topic, such as a business pitch, educational lesson, project report, or marketing launch. Gemini also lets you specify a target audience, such as investors, students, and customers.
Furthermore, the assistant asks you to describe a visual style, such as clean and modern, bold and colorful, elegant and professional, or warm and friendly. You can also select the level of detail and the presentation length. After you approve the presentation outline, Gemini will generate a fully editable Google Slides presentation.
As of now, the presentation generation works in English. Google has already started rolling out the feature to all eligible users. Note that you may not see the feature right away, as the company says it may take more than 15 days. The feature is available to Google Workspace Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus subscribers. It is also included with Google AI Pro, Google AI Ultra, and Google AI Pro for Education plans.
