Here we go again. The clash of some of the best foldables on the market is about to kick off. Yep, weโll soon be pitting some of the best against the very best. Speaking of the former, the first CAD renders of the upcoming Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold are out, giving us our best look yet.
The first set of Pixel 10 Pro Foldโs CAD renders are out in the wild!
Android Headlines, in collaboration with OnLeaks, has published the first CAD renders of the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold. For starters, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is set to compete against the Galaxy Z Fold 7. Rumors suggest it could launch in August. In theory, thatโs potentially a few weeks after Samsung unveils the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE.
As for the shared renders, there doesnโt appear to be a massive difference between the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and its predecessor, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Thatโs not surprising, most companies follow a similar approach. What we were really eager to find out, though, was just how thin the Pixel 10 Pro Fold would be. Unfortunately, the report doesnโt specify its exact dimensions. However, it does confirm that it wonโt be as thin as the Honor Magic V3 or Oppo Find N5, which come in at 4.4mm and 4.2mm, respectively, when unfolded. Meanwhile, rumors suggest the Galaxy Z Fold 7 could measure just 4.5mm when unfolded.
On another note, the report also touches on speculation that Google might price the Pixel 10 Pro Fold โat a lower price point.โ But how much lower? That remains unclear for now. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold launched last year at $1,799, and while we donโt expect a drastic price drop, a $100 reduction isnโt out of the question. Either way, we should get a clearer picture in the coming weeks.
