Galaxy S24 Ultra Goes Out of Stock, Might Return as Certified Re-Newed

After launching the latest Galaxy S25 series last month, Samsung may have effectively pushed the Galaxy S24 Ultra out of the market. While the landing page is still live, you can’t actually buy the phone. Yes, all Galaxy S24 Ultra options are out of stock, as noted by SamMobile. When I checked, the Galaxy S24 Ultra was no longer available for purchase, either unlocked or through any carrier, with all storage configurations and color choices removed. So, what now?

While you can’t buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra anymore, you can opt for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which comes with a free storage upgrade. This means you can get the 512GB variant of the Galaxy S25 Ultra for the price of the 256GB model, and the same deal applies to the 1TB version. The free storage upgrade extends across the entire Galaxy S25 lineup, including the standard S25 and S25+. However, this offer won’t last long, so you’ll want to act fast.

If you’re still set on getting a Galaxy S24 device, you might have some luck with the Galaxy S24 or S24+, as they are hopefully still in stock. That said, the 512GB Verizon variant of the Galaxy S24+ is no longer available.

There’s still some hope for the Galaxy S24 series, though. Samsung could bring the lineup back through its Certified Re-Newed program, offering refurbished models at a lower price. If you’re willing to wait, this could be a great way to get a Galaxy S24 device at a discount while still enjoying Samsung’s official warranty and support.
