Another day, another One UI 7 beta update from Samsung. This time, the Galaxy Tab S10 series is getting its second beta build. This follows Beta 2 for the Galaxy S23, Beta 3 for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, and Beta 6 for the Galaxy S24 earlier this week. These are probably the final beta releases for these devices, with this stable rollout set to begin on April 7.
Galaxy Tab S10 series gets One UI 7 Beta 2 with a relatively small changelog
Samsung’s latest One UI 7 beta releases brought more Galaxy S25 features to older models, including Audio Eraser, Gemini integration, and call recording transcription. That’s not the case with the Galaxy Tab S10’s Beta 2. The changelog is relatively small. As reported by Korean users, this update addresses bugs in the home screen, Bluetooth, and more. Additionally, Samsung added aspect ratio adjustment to display settings.
Rolling out with the build version ZYC5, this 1GB update (OTA file size may vary depending on the model and region) bundles the March security patch for Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra users enrolled in the beta program. The other devices mentioned above picked up the April security patch.
As said earlier, Samsung will begin the stable One UI 7 rollout on April 7. However, it may not release the update for the Galaxy Tab S10 series until mid-April. In fact, the company has confirmed that some Galaxy users will have to wait for the big update, which brings Android 15, until May or even June. After all, it has dozens of Galaxy smartphones and tablets to update.
As far as the beta program is concerned, Samsung still plans to release a beta update for the Galaxy A55. Other devices may not get beta updates anymore, though. We will let you know when we have more information.
