Samsung has released One UI 7.0 Beta 4 for the Galaxy S24 series. The new build comes over a month after Beta 3. It focuses on bug fixes and system stability improvements. However, it may not be the final beta, as rumors suggest Samsung could release two more test builds before the stable version rolls out in April or May.
Galaxy S24 series gets another One UI 7.0 beta update
Samsung introduced One UI 7.0 with the Galaxy S25 series last month. Before that, the company rolled out three beta builds to the Galaxy S24 lineup, with the last coming in early January. It recently revealed plans to release a fourth beta update for the 2024 flagships. The rollout has now begun, with users in Korea and India receiving it first.
One UI 7.0 Beta 4 for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra bears the firmware build version ZYBA. The changelog mentions a bunch of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements. Samsung has added an AI filter and Log format support to the stock camera app. Additionally, it has addressed issues with the lock screen, AOD, quick panel, fingerprint scanner, Good Lock, and more. You can see the full changelog below.
The latest One UI 7.0 beta update for the Galaxy S24 trio should soon expand to other supported markets. The beta program is also available in China, Germany, Poland, the UK, and the US. If you have enrolled your Galaxy S24 into this program, watch out for the new update in the coming days.
Samsung has warned Galaxy S24 users to not quit the beta program without updating to the latest build. Well, it’s not an issue if you roll back to One UI 6.1 after exiting beta. However, if you continue using an older beta build, you may not receive the stable update. Beta updates aren’t available for any other Galaxy device.
