Recent reports suggest that Samsung has increased production estimates for the Galaxy S25 series, signaling its ambitions to boost flagship sales next year. By mid-2025, the Korean firm plans to make 22 million units. It will focus on premium models, especially the Ultra, which is estimated to account for about 50% of the total sales.
The company likely expects the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and advanced Galaxy AI features, coupled with other enhancements in One UI 7.1, to deliver an unmatched smartphone experience. Samsung’s One UI 7.0 update recently entered the beta stage, and it certainly lays a solid foundation. One UI 7.1 should improve upon it.
While we still have no clue about the real-world performance of the devices, benchmark scores and insider reports have been promising. The latest information is that Samsung has started mass production of the devices. This indicates that the company has finalized everything for its next-generation flagship lineup.
