The long wait for the One UI 7.0 beta might finally be over next week. A trusted Samsung leaker anticipates the beta update to be released sometime after Sunday, November 17. While this is still a prediction rather than an official confirmation, the source has a strong track record of accurate Samsung leaks, giving us reason to be hopeful. The Korean firm has yet to drop a hint.
Samsung could release One UI 7.0 beta next week
Based on Android 15, Samsung’s One UI 7.0 update has been delayed by several months. It was originally rumored to arrive in late July but not to be. Almost mid-way through November, there’s still no clarity over its release. Last year, the company launched One UI 6.0 beta in August, followed by a stable update in late October. It’s running massively behind the usual schedule this time.
Recently, tipster Ice Universe took to X to drop a “prediction” about the One UI 7.0 beta launch. “I predict that next week, after November 17th, One UI 7 Beta will start,” the tipster said. Once again, we do not have a precise date but we may not have to wait much longer for this highly-anticipated update. History suggests the tipster will soon follow up with more concrete information.
Their predicted timeline coincides with SDC Korea, the Korean edition of Samsung’s annual developers’ conference. The company was already expected to discuss One UI 7.0 at the upcoming event, scheduled for November 21. Maybe the tipster received insider information about the same or made a calculated guess based on the recent developments surrounding the upcoming update.
Either way, the One UI 7.0 beta release looks very close. Samsung has been tirelessly working on the update, chopping and changing things for the better. Hopefully, it will be worth the long wait. The beta update is expected to first arrive in South Korea and the US, followed by other markets, possibly the UK, China, India, and a few more. We will let you know when we have more information about One UI 7.0.
