A few days ago, Samsung started rolling out an update to the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. It turns out Samsung is now rolling out the same stability update to the Galaxy Buds 3 FE as well. You can follow the steps mentioned below to install the update.

Galaxy Buds 3 FE just got a new update

According to user reports on Reddit (1, 2), Samsung is now rolling out the latest stability update to the Galaxy Buds 3 FE (review). The update size is around 6.49MB, and the build version is R420XXU0AZC1. The changelog mentions stability and reliability, and nothing else.

The build version (AZC1) confirms it’s the same update that was rolled out to the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro earlier this week. If you have a Galaxy Buds 3 FE, you’ll need to follow these steps to install the latest software update.

If you own a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 FE and are running older software, you can go ahead and install the latest update by following these steps. Open the Galaxy Wearable app, connect your earbuds, then head to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Download and install. Once the update file has been downloaded, tap Install now to begin the installation.

Those running One UI 8 or later can install the update through the phone’s Settings app. Connect your Galaxy Buds 3 FE, tap on Galaxy Buds 3 FE in Settings, then follow the same steps: go to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Download and install. After the download is complete, tap Install now to finish the process.
