Trusted Leaker Shares More Accurate Galaxy S25 Ultra Renders

by | Sep 11, 2024 | Galaxy S, News

A few hours ago, we got the first 3D renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. But hold your excitement—according to a trusted Samsung leaker, those initial images didn’t quite nail the design. It turns out there were a couple of notable errors in the render. Thankfully, our ever-reliable leaker swooped in with a modified version that sets the record straight, giving us a clearer glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming Galaxy flagship.

The first set of leaked Galaxy S25 Ultra 3D renders missed the mark

The Galaxy S25 Ultra renders created by Onleaks showed a skinny frame but somewhat larger display bezels. The frame vs. bezel ratio looked a bit unreal, and it was. Prolific Samsung leaker Ice Universe corrected the ratio and shared a more accurate render. As you can see in the images below (the original render on the left and the corrected one on the right), the frame is a little thicker, while the bezel is narrower.

If you noticed in the corrected render, the camera rings have changed too. Ice Universe isn’t 100% sure about the camera ring design but doesn’t expect the Galaxy S25 Ultra to copy the Fold 6’s design. The original renders show camera rings identical to the new foldable. He may be wrong, though. Below is a full render allegedly depicting the upcoming flagship more accurately. Expect more leaks with additional info in the coming weeks.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra’s overall bezel and frame width is less than the S24 Ultra. Samsung has also made the frame flatter to give the new flashing a cleaner front look. These changes allowed it to fit a marginally larger display (6.86-inch vs. 6.8-inch) in a narrower body (77.6mm vs. 79mm). The Galaxy S25 Ultra is smaller, thinner, and lighter (219 grams vs. 233 grams) than its predecessor while still packing a 5,000mAh battery and an S pen. The device will launch in early 2025.
