Galaxy A56, A36 Prices & Pre-order Benefits Revealed Early

by | Feb 28, 2025 | Galaxy A, News

Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26, on March 2. Ahead of the official announcement, leaks have revealed almost everything about the devices, including full specs and prices for some markets. Now, we have the pricing details for the Galaxy A56 and A36 for one more market, alongside pre-order offers.

Here’s what you could get with a Galaxy A56 or A36 pre-order

Samsung appears to have already opened pre-orders for the Galaxy A56 and A36 in Nigeria, at least its local retail partners have. Pointek, a Nigerian smartphone retailer, recently revealed that pre-orders for these unannounced mid-range phones will last until March 12. This likely means general sales will open the following day, March 13.

To secure a device, customers are required to make an initial deposit of NGN 100,000 (approx. $67). Those who pre-order will receive exclusive gifts, including a charging adapter. Both the Galaxy A56 and A36 support 45W charging, but we doubt Samsung will offer a 45W charger for free. The pre-order gift may be a 25W adapter. Early buyers will also get a Galaxy Fit 3 and a protective case.

To be eligible for these freebies, buyers must pay the upfront deposit by March 12 and the remaining balance upon the official release of the devices. The same source reveals that the Galaxy A56 will be available in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB configurations. It’s priced at NGN 565,000 (approx. $377) and NGN 604,000 (approx. $403), respectively.

The Galaxy A36 will also be available in the same two configurations in Nigeria — it may come with 6GB of RAM in some markets. This model costs NGN 446,000 (approx. $298) for the 128GB variant and NGN 519,000 (approx. $347) for 256GB of storage. It’s unclear if these pre-order benefits apply to both models. With just two days to go for the official launch, we don’t have to wait much for confirmation.
